Service Description

A perinatal mental health workshop for doulas, lactation consultants, and other allied professionals. The first hour focuses on the perinatal mental health of the postpartum mom (including anxiety, depression, and trauma). The second hour focuses on the familial relationships and considerations related to that. Plenty of time for Q & A - this is a safe space for participants to share dilemmas and concerns, with guidance provided, including when to refer for professional help.
