I am a proud native Washingtonian with 23 years of experience working with couples, individuals, groups, and kids of all ages in multiple settings throughout the DC area.

 

Primary focuses of my post-graduate training: 

-Trauma (CPTSD, birth & feeding trauma)

-Attachment, parenting, infant & child mental health/development

-Couples, relationships, & communication

-Social & racial justice, cultural & intersectional factors that impact identity (LGBTQA+ family needs, interfaith, etc.)

-Perinatal Mental Health & Matrescence (including Postpartum Depression, Postpartum Anxiety)

-Neurodiversity (including ASD & ADHD, & sensory processing)

-Grief, loss, & suicide prevention

-Intergenerational healing & deconstructing abusive family cycles

I take an integrative, empowering approach to facilitate meaningful healing and sustainable daily practices that help parents and their families. 

I am the proud mom of 5 multiracial and neurodiverse children ages 6-25 in a blended family. 

I am happy to answer any questions you might have to help you find the right resource for you or your family, whether you use my services or not.
