I am a proud native Washingtonian with 22 years of experience working with couples, individuals, and kids of all ages in multiple settings throughout the DC area.

Trauma, attachment, social & racial justice, LGBTQA+ family needs, couples & parenting, Perinatal Mood Disorders (including Postpartum Depression, Postpartum Anxiety, birth & feeding trauma), Neurodiversity (including ASD & ADHD), infant mental health and grief have been primary focuses of my post-graduate training. I take an integrative, empowering approach to facilitate meaningful healing and sustainable daily practices that help parents and their families.

I am the proud mom of 5 multiracial and neurodiverse children ages 5-25 in a blended family. I love cats and the incredible power of intergenerational healing.
